OK, so since everyone else 'fessed up, I dare to tell, too, that I visit other online forums (fora?) as well. But no other photo forum, I should add! Only this one (which I only detected some two and a half weeks ago).

But for two and a half years now I've almost DAILY been to the http://www.torey-hayden.com/cgi-local/ultimatebb.cgi and am one of the top posters there.

I ventured into http://www.webswim.com/, but have not stayed there for too long. I would go back eventually, should anything of interest regarding swimming arise. I also went to visit their German equivalent, but when I started to receive unsolicited phone calls from people who had recognised me, I had enough!

I've been to http://www.choralnet.com/phorum/list.php?f=20&lang=, too, but there's not any "communication" in the real sense of the word going on there, plus I'm not a choir master, just a choir singer, so I can't contribute to too much going on there.

So the Torey Hayden Bulletin Board (see above) is "home" for me. This one's "next-door neighbour".

Well I have been dippin my toes into a few forums. But I found this one randomly and I like it a lot. Ones I have been to are

http://www.eatpoo.com -kinda artsy fartsy but good, very friendly

http://www.photo.net

http://www.usefilm.com

http://www.photosig.com

The last three seem to be a lot more professional. Photosig changed so that if you want more than a basic membership you have to pay  But the feedback in them in pretty descent and helpful.
