    Man, I hope those are out of focus and not just a factor of poor quality glass.

    I really do not understand how to use the focus on it, can someone please explain to me?

    Maybe try to take a photo with aperture set to F/8 to F/16 in day time.

    That's about par for this lens. I have one too. Very fun to play with, but they don't do well with high contrast. They do even worse when shooting into the sun which is almost impossible to avoid considering it's 180 degree FOV.
    Yes, try stopping down if you didn't already.
    No, not perfect glass, but also not $2K.
