Personalized calendars

Hey does anyone offer personalized calendars to their customers? Someone asked me to create a 12 month calendar for them with thier own pictures on photoshop. It just seems to me that it would take a good amount of time and I would probably have $30 not including my time and I would have to charge them like $50 to make it worth it. It seems like alot of money and not worth it to me. Does anyone know of a cost effective way to make this work or should I just pass on this job?

I use Mpix for most of my printing needs. They do calendars, but I've never done it.

Shouldn't take much more work than preparing 12 pictures. Just charge them your digital negative price for all 12 pictures and then throw in the calendar for free.
