here are few shots of my friend, Peter.
He needed it for a main page for his website.
Ive tried to 'help' them with PS a bit, im not very good with it though, so feel free to tell me what i did wrong , i would be appreciated-;)

Love #2. The composition with the tree works well.
In #3, you should have had him putting 1 foot on something like a crate or something. Anything would work. It doesnt have to be in the picture, but just something to give him a little body language, so he isnt just standing there. Your picture looks good, but I always think the body language makes it better.
 
Nice shots. Here's something to muse over... does EVERY image require tweeking in PS? We all got along without it for decades!

What does your friend do? Is his site for business?

I LOVE the first view! Did you think about cropping out the horizon line? I'm not sure it would be an improvement. I like it as is. The high angle of view is interesting.
