ok, just developed a new one over night.....I know your like "Cujo how can that be" but yes it is true...over night...go me.....I have to inject fluid UP my nose...in order to get rid of fluid in my ear...now what genius thought..hmm lets see if we can get them to spray..and really its not a spray..dont let the pic on the box fool you..its more of a spout..kinda like having old faithful gushing in your nostril ..mmmm tasshhhtaaay...
