I think I’m getting my first real photographic assignment. My daughter needs some pictures of a local plant’s stamping equipment. She’s an editor and photographer for a national stamping journal. She said she would supply me the necessary credentials for the gatekeeper. My “thing” is architectural not stamping machines. Any ideas? I’m thinking of getting photos of the actual machines and some photos of the control boards that run these things. Again, any ideas are appreciated.

well I'll bet the lighting will be pretty bad, probably florecent so I would take a flash, an off camera flash would be better if you have one of those. Also will you be shooting black and white or color? That'll help us help you a bit more!
