So, I know the composition is not the greatest.. but, I'm really happy with the lighting results. I made a beauty dish the other day (out of a bowl, a blank CD, and a CD Case..

it was really easy.. it took me about 30 mins to make (then about 4 hours for the paint to dry)

heres a link... instead of having to paint the inside white, I just bought a white bowl, cost me 2 bucks at home hardware.. and i painted the outside black. only major difference I did, was i put the gutter in the opposite way.. it holds the flash better..
