Photo speed

I have this problem with my photosmart R927 made by HP. When I take pictures with it I find there is quite a wait time before I can take another shot. I get a message saying processing, so it takes a few moments before I am able to take another shot. Could anyone tell me how I could possibly fix this issue?

Please answer ASAP.
