Photography: Light Proverbs

You are the light of my life
I will love the light, yet I will endure the darkness
It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us
There are two ways of spreading light: to be the candle, or the mirror that reflects it
Son et Lumiere
We cannot hold a torch to another's light path
Keep your face to the sunshine and you cannot see the shadow below

erm... I'm out.

Thanks all for the wonferful replies! :hail:

Rob especially, 1 brilliant quote there I have to use. Got an idea on what I'm thinking of doing with that quote, or if anyone can suggest anything else for it, or any other quotes, or settings in general. But anyway, the quote I liked was:

"There are two ways of spreading light: to be the candle, or the mirror that reflects it"

I was thinking of getting 2 adults, and 2 children, placing them all together, or just a Mother/Daughter, Father/Son, showing them happily smiling/playing/some form of activity, maybe the adult showing the child how to do something. My idea was that children are reflections of ourselves, and they are we go on living once we die (or so I believe)

The children are 'mirroring' (reflecting) from the parents. Pretty lame I know, but its just something basic I tried to piece together in my mind, feel free to tear it apart or come up with other suggestions :blushing:
