Photography Schools - Certificate Programs?

Hi there - I plan to go back to school for a photography certificate. I'd like to go in one of the following cities: Austin, Portland, Denver or Philly.

Do you know of a school that offers this? I'd like to keep the program to preferably 6 months, a year at the most. I have experience, I do not need to start at the bottom.

Please help fellow photographers, I'm not having much luck.
