Photos coming out weird

Hi,

I'm no camera expert but recently took some photos which came out distorted in a way I've never seen before. It looks like I took these photos behind a window screen, but they were all taken outdoors. It just happened during that brief 10 minute window and returned to normal. Does anyone know what distortion this is called? Any recommendations on how to fix them via photoshop? Camera is an old Fuji F72EXR.

Looks like some sort of moire effect caused by the screen.

I don't know anything about computers and I'm digitally handicapped.
But,I looked at the photos,hit the scroll wheel on my mouse, and the pictures looked normal.

I think i read that Iightroom had a moire filter, but that is really bad and i dont think it`s going to clean it up.

I can see why you a have Moire Patterns here.
Here is a crop in of one of the photos, It looks like every other like is broken:

I see you were shooting in full auto mode I don't see any strange settings in the EXIF. Did you attempt to process these at all or are they straight out of camera?

If it's straight out of the camera I would suspect something is broken sorry

It may only be affecting certain exposure modes (who knows?). It wouldn't hurt to try a few different ones

Your photographs are under exposed.
Under exposure makes image noise more visible.
All digital photographs have some amount of image noise.

Read about fixed-pattern image noise, image noise in general, and if you have a clear or UV filter on your lens read about Newton's rings.
