Photoshop Border

I have Photoshop 7, and I want to know how to do some neat borders around my photos, like the framing, or to make it look like a paintbrush effect so it kind of looks like brush strokes around the outside, anything so that it's not just a plain square edge.

There are plenty of gallery creation software suites out there which may do this better than PS for your requirements as I think 7 is quite an old version now?

Yes, I know there is other software out there, but I already have photoshop 7, so I just wanted to know if there was any way I could use it. And I believe that Photoshop 7 is a pretty new version, but thank-you for your input.
