Photoshop Plug Ins - Where To Start?

Hi!

I am beginning to learn Photoshop and one thing that I notice is that there appear to be numerous plugins available.

Is there a resource that you can direct me to that will summarize and explain each plug in that is currently available for Adobe Photoshop?

Google "photoshop plugins" be prepared to spend a while surfing. There are many 'sites, I'm not aware of which one has the most or the best info.

just get Nik Color efex thats all you need to know lol

learn the normal functions first, then work your way up to the plugins. the plugins usually do something extra, but i don't see the benefits of that if you don't know the basics.

that being said, the noise ninja plugin is a must have.
