This is my first real try at doing a portrait-type picture, so any and all C&C is greatly appreciated. Thanks for looking!

C&C per req:

1. I like the pose and expression, good work on the eyes, however the highlights on her right cheekbone and left wrist are a little strong. As well the blur that you've applied doesn't really work for me.

2. Not as fond of this one. The catchlights in her eyes are over-strong, as are the highlights around her eyes/cheeks.

Nice work, but with some minor issues, which are easily correctable. I think a diffuser would have helped your lighting greatly.

Thanks so much, that's exactly what I needed! Regarding the blur, she liked it so I left it there, but I don't really like it that much either.
