Pier photography - sunset

    Only had about ten minutes left of sunset so I quickly made my way to the pier and saw that the tide was extremely far out so decided to take advantage. These haven't been touched up in photoshop at all, aside from image size change and sharpening for internet viewing on this forum.

    wow those are some really beautiful shots. do you have any of the pier when it was completely dark so all you see is the lights of the pier and the stars

    Unfortunately not, I'm going to go back tonight with luck and take some more. I really want the tide to go out so I can walk to the back of the pier and get a shot. I think that would make an awesome composition.

    I like the colors of #1, and the composition of #3... nice shots.

    Im a fan of the first 2. The color in the first one is much better.

    i agree with photo #1 being the most interesting lighting
