    It's an interesting shot but a little too dark for my tastes.

    I love it.

    2 little nitpicks: This is a color image, right? I can still see a hint of greenish in the water; I think it might be better completely BW. The lower left corner seems to be an empty spot which draws my eye. Another crop so that this area seems less empty might work nice.

    Overall, great job. What equipment/materials are you using?

    Thanks Matt...much appreciated...I definitely see what you mean wrt desaturating...

    I'm using a DRebel. This photo was taken with the Canon 50mm f1.4, underexposed by a stop to lose the detail on the pilings. It was close to sundown so the light was coming in at an oblique angle. No real post-processing...mostly because I don't really know how... :?

    Nice image! They all look like little headstones. With the glitter of the water, you have a nice surreal image here. :D
