Looks nice.

If you focus on the center of the rose the DOF focus range will cover more of the overall diameter. You focused on the nearest edge of the nearest pedal so the DOF range fell off before the center. That's cool if that's what you were going for but... Just thought I would mention it. This is something I learned around portraiture... I was focusing on noses and nose bridges and wondering why I wasn't getting that nappy peach-fuzz ultra-crisp look till the guy in the camera shop showed me.

The DOF range starts in front of the focus point. the focus point is the center of the DOF range.
