Like everything, everyone will have their own opinion. You did post it in a critique forum though, so be prepared to wear some.

All of the foliage in the foreground around the right side is particularly distracting and the waterfall, assuming that's the prime subject, doesn't appear to be in focus. In fact the whole thing looks like it might have a bit of camera shake.

The bridge or whatever it is across the top doesn't help either.

There's no real point of interest and very little to make this a 'good' photo.

Try using a tripod, zooming in or moving past foreground clutter and a few second exposure with a narrow aperture.

You have framed your composition very well. The branches along the right border, upper border and left border work to make a very nice frame. The Rock in the lower left makes for a good anchor which begins the eye flow to the convergance of the far-most water fall.

Photoshop can save your image from its low-saturation and soft focus issues. Much improvement can be realized with selective saturation and selective coloring.

If you're adverse to post editing your images, return to the scene with a tripod and bracket several exposures. IMHO, This shot could have been imroved with 1 to 1/3 stop less exposure.
