Please critique this one (newbie)

This first one I took on my bedroom dresser, amazingly it turned out ok even though I used a 3200 iso. I didn't want the flash and my room is dark. Either way, I would like to hear your opinions on this.

are you a police officer eww.....lol ok no seriously i like it very good for 3200iso the only thing i dont like is the other pin in front of it blocks it dont like that but would have been cool in the center so you could see the dof change

Looks like there is slight camera shake going on...did you hand hold for this shot? And it looks like there's a white balance issue and some noise.

I like how you filled the frame with the subject but the image really doesn't do anything for me.
