Plus shaped blank

Hello, this is my first thread in this forum so I'm sorry if I'm doing anything wrong. I have a Nikon D200 and yesterday I saw that one of my pictures had a really tiny blank in it, like a pixel missing. So I zoomed in it's shaped like a plus sign. Is it a problem with my sensor? Is the camera getting old (3,5 years). You can hardly see it in the normal sized picture but it really bothers me. There are three of these showing up in my pictures.

I tried to upload a picture of the black spot but I couldn't.

They're called 'hot' pixels.
