It's nice, but I would like to see his eyes. Also, in a white shirt he looks like a floating head. I would put him in a darker shirt. Nice conversion though.

wow I am just realizing how much I like your style. I think the image looks great even though you cant see the rest of his body.

I also like the style, especially the contrast and the detail. Did you consider using a fill-flash to eliminate the shadow under his nose?

Also, a darker shirt, as was said, might have worked better.

Overall - great picture! The scarf was a very classy touch.
