DOF is really nice, her face seems to pop out the picture.

Her eyes have a nice sparkle in them too

I love the detail of the skier in her blouse. I know nothing of glamour portraits. The lighting is slick. I am trying to figure out where the black in the background is coming from. Is she sitting in an office chair?

" Is she sitting in an office chair?" - yes.

This picture is a mirror reflection in make up room. It was done without any special ligths adjusting.
