Wow...I really love number 1 and 3 is great too.

2 is good, but I don't like how she blends in with the background. I think it would be a little better if you played with the "color/hue" slider on the B&W conversion to try and get a little more seperation between model and fence.
 
1) I like it.

2) I agree that the jacket blends in too much. Also, I think it's a little too closely cropped (especially with the finger tip being cut off).

3) I like the composition except for her left arm being cut off.

Lighting and exposure on these are great though!!
 
Wow your model has such a classic look to her, #3 is my favorite, very complimentry soft white-ish colours in it.
