Possible Plug-in for PS 6....

Hi. I have “ PS 6” …Can I open and edit RAW files in this old fella? I know that there are “ plug-in” helpers but is there one for old versions of PS.

The Photoshop RAW converter is called Adobe Camera RAW (ACR)...I don't think it will work for version 6...especially if you have a newer camera. There are some new cameras, who's RAW files won't even open with Photoshop CS...which forces people to upgrade to CS2.

You can use a different software to convert the RAW files to JPEG or TIFF etc....and then open them in Photoshop. Your camera must have come with some software...and there are other RAW software programs available.
