Posting images?

Are noobs able to add attachments to posts? I can not seem to. How many posts does it take before you aren't a noob?

Welcome to the forum.

You can post images, but not as attachments...you must host them somewhere first.

Alternatively, you could become a forum subscriber and then be allowed to post photos directly.
