I am thinking of making my own online gallery and I have some shots it's like to put on, of an international band that played here recently.

Would I have problems of copyright or something if I had to upload these photos on my gallery? No one stopped me from staying right underneath the stage to take the photos on the night so I don't suppose there were any objections there.

And what would happen if I did upload them... would I just be asked to remove them or is it actually illegal?

In most countries you the photographer owns the rights to the photos. You'd need to check local laws. I know in germany this is not the case.

Makes sense I suppose. Thanks for the reply. Another thing... how do I go about copyrighting my photos?
