Practicing my panning

I can't access the EXIF data. Just wanted to know what focal length was used here (I assume 200+ mm). The image looks great to me.

Sorry for the late reply... I was shooting with a 50mm f/1.4 at 1/20 shutter to get a longer blur. Put it in shutter priority actually, and the corresponding f/ was f/14
 
Looks awesome. I'm trying to figure that out too and it seems like you got a nice one here. Its definitely not easy but like anything the more you do it the better you get. keep up the good work.

Slow shutter speed. (shooting in TV helps)
Keep moving your body even after you are done taking the shot, like a follow through
Plant your feet nice and solid on the ground
Make sure you are only rotating your torso
 
Looks great! I love your subject cafe racers are bad ass
 
I have been trying to get this panning thing right for a few weeks. I have not been able to get results like these. I think you did an awesome job!
