im confused.
it looks flat. like the warning tag is laying on a picture of what ever is in the background..
what is that in the background?

its a meter for the electric going through the building! the tag is hanging by string!
the tag is just that yellow, nothing was added to this picture!

i would have like it better if it were zort of zoomed out so that the background is also visible!
