    i love those two shots. the first one almost looks like infared. did you use a yellow filter to get the clouds to stand out so much?

    Thanks everyone!!

    Myopia these were shot with a 20D in RAW mode. Watching exposure very carefully on the Histogram to be as far to the right as I can without clipping any pixels and blowing the highlights. I then used Rawshooter to convert the RAW data over to 16bit tiffs, and then adjusted the levels with photoshop. The whole idea to keep as high a dynamic range as possible.

    I can write about it more in the tips section if anyone is interested.
