printing sizes?

    Can others edit my Photos:
    Photos NOT OK to edit
    hi all... i need to print out some pics for college at A3 and A4 sizes... i was wondering what dpi setting its needs to be to be acceptable quality for printing... thanx :)

    p.s. there TIFF files if that makes a difference..

    The usual standard is 300 pixels per inch...so that's what...(11.8 ) or 12 pixels per mm?

    So for an A3 (297 × 420)...you would want your image to be 3508 pixels x 4961 pixels.

    This is not a hard rule...there are many other factors.
