Printing with all-black/grey ink set

I am thinking of getting a Epsom styles pro 1400 and using an all black-grey inkset (UT14 Black and White Ink Set

Does anyone have any experience with this and, if so, do you think the results are worth the effort?

Black ink is expensive enough... I can't imagine how much they must charge for white!

There are 7 shades of grey to black - all expensive but, luckily enough, the white ink is free.
