Printing with rebates

I'm an experienced medium-format photographer, but not a professional. I enjoy recreational photography, but usually select machine processing simply because of cost. I used to work with a lab which could produce machine prints with a rebate (all 4 edges of the film exposed as part of the print) by running the film through a mask that was slightly larger than the film itself. I enjoy the effect visually, but I also like the fact that I can see the entire image without any cropping. Unfortunately, they don't offer the service anymore and, with labs going digital, it seems hard to find a computerized system that will allow you to print beyond the edge of the film.
So, I was just wondering if anyone has any experience with a machine lab, or a low cost custom lab, that can print rebates (from 645).
