I have a few photos I wanted to print. Some of it was heavy photo manipulation and when I brought it to get printed it said the resolution was low.. They were JPEGS...would I save them as a TIFF file for printing fix it? The ones that were giving me the most trouble weren't photographs, but rather a bunch of images pasted together to create a new image..

What is the image size...in pixels?

Typically, they want 300 pixels per inch. So for a 4x6" prints, the will want 1200x1800 pixels. For an 8x10" print, they would want a file that is 2400x3000 pixels.

Oh, ok...thanks! Yeah, the files were like 500X500, that makes sense then..
