Problem with my D40

Well i cleaned the inside of my cam veiwfinder inside,mirror every thing lens all but then i put my new focusing screen and if i take a pic i any other mode i get dust/ partials in my pics but if i set it in auto theres none WTF..can anyone help....

*edit* I can put it any mode and not get thet dust/partials but M,A,S,P

Apparently when you cleaned the inside, dust landed in the camera sensor. If you don't know how to clean the sensor, take it to a shop that can do that, because the sensor can be damaged...
