Hi there
I'm shooting video with my GH-3 and recording audio using a wireless (lavalier) Shure mic. I'm connecting the mic receiver to the camera using a 6.5mm mono to 3.5mm stereo cable.
The mic transmitter has three gain settings, I've tested 0db (line, I guess) and the 'mic' setting.
The former produces a lot of hiss but the latter seems to result in the mic being massively oversensitive -- it isn't possible to move without the mic picking up loud rumble.
Can anyone suggest the ideal path forward here?
Justin
