Problems with the private message system

Ok after a confusing day or so I think I've worked out what is happening. It appears that when a person sends a pm to more than one person when recipient of that pm then goes to reply by the quick reply box (as located under the pm message) the reply is sent to all the recipients of the original message (as well as the sender). This of course leads to some confusion if people start getting the other end of other peoples conversations.

Any chance of having this changed over so that quick reply only sends the pm back to the sender.
