program to put action shots together

Hey guys

I am looking for a program, or maybe a tutorial on how to take a series of burst shots pictures, and make them into one picture with the same background but the object doing the motion.

I use photoshop elements 5 for editing

Here is one that I did of my brother paintballing. I use photoshop elements 5 as well. I did this using layers masks. You just move the image into the main image, then add another image on top of it use a layer mask, then I would hide the entire layer and then paint back in what I wanted to show.
