Although you didn't specifically ask for a critique of your site, my very first comment is: get rid of the banner ad on the top. This screams "amateur," and will keep people from taking you seriously.

Congrats for having this website.

As you posted that you want to promote your website . i would like to tell you one thing that internet/ search engines are the best way to promote your creative site and get the potential customers/ future assignments.

i have visited on your website and found some improvement scope there.

1. put a meaning and keyword rich title tag for the website.
2. Get rid of Google ads banner and other silly stuff they are not going to help you in promotion.

3 navigation is not visible proper.

4. Homepage is very long and unstructured.
