Well I was impressed by the turnaround for one. I mailed my 40D in for service last Monday due to a shutter issue and just got it back today. They have always been helpful when I had issues and I was worried I would be without my camera for too long of a time. My warranty expires next month so I went ahead and sent it in. Canon had it fixed and shipped out last Friday. It sat in a Fedex warehouse a city over from Sunday night until today. Barring transit, Canon had it for two days before it was out. That's service.
