PS Profiles for Pro Labs

When post processing files in PS for professional print lab, is there any particular profile I need to convert and/or save the files as, i.e. Adobe RGB, color match, etc. etc.?

I'm just getting heavy into post processing and looking for pointers on work flow, profiles, etc.

I think that most labs will want the images in sRGB mode these days. Commercial printers used CMYK (maybe still do)...but I'm not sure if photo printers used that.

I know that from some labs, you can download their specific profile.
