Public Flower Garden (8)

So i went to this place named Chanticleer - used to be an estate now the township turned it into a public flower garden, along with some english and french style gardens. However the property is something like 250 acres so i only go to part of it.

I like them! That third one is an unusual perspective; almost looks like they are floating on water or something. The fourth one, I cant decide if I like the branches cut off on the ends like that, but I like the processing and the placement in the frame. Normally I hate that soft kind of photos but I think it works in number five.

IN fact this is true, 3 they had a bunch of different flowers floating in a small pool of water, quite cool actually

I think number two is beautiful. It looks like a painting. The only bad thing is it has way too much space above the flower. I also loved the color and texture in the rock on number six.

Honestly, number one is the only one I like. The rest, the focus seems off (excluding the rock one) and composition is almost there, but not quite bang on.

photo 5 is my favorite. in general, the photos have too little of DOF...but that's just me! good job

beautiful composition and colors in number one. From there, they all don't seem to be as good as the first. not bad though
