Where do most of you purchase your additional lenses at? Retailer or e-retailer? What sites have the best prices for the best quality of lenses?

Just doing a little research on what my approximate investment will be once I finally get my DSLR. :)

    Thanks!

I make most of my photographic purchases at either B&H (www.bhphotovideo.com) or Adorama (click Chase's link at the bottom of the page :D ).

they usually have better prices on lenses than anywhere else I have found. I recently purchased 2 new lenses for my Canons and these two sites had pretty similar prices (tho B&H didn't have one of the lenses in stock - I ordered from Adorama and was extremely pleased).

Anyway, they were both over $100 less than their closest online competitor.

One final word of advice. When buying lenses, get the best you can afford. If you have to cut corners, buy a cheaper camera and better lenses.

I too use Adorama and/or B&H. Both have very similar prices and so far have given good service.

Bought a 50mm f/1.2 from a pawn shop online, waiting for it to show up. Looking forward to such a fast lens.

I just bought my Manfrotto tripod through cameracanada.com
    Saved $30+ over local.
