Got a new fern/tree thing in the backyard today and these flower were just asking for it. Wish I would've got the tripod out but didn't have enough time. All shot with my Canon kit lens. I think #2 and #5 are my strongest, but wanted to post up all the ones I kept just to see what other people thought.

    C&C please

    I like them!

You did noise removal on them or so I think (although zooming in I guess it could be compression). If you want them to look a tad more crisp you can add noise back in to increase the apparent local contrast. In Photoshop, Filters, Noise, Add noise, 1% uniform (or something like that).

    Beautiful colors!

Thanks. I didn't remove any noise. I really didn't do anything at all to them. Only thing I did was in my RAW editor just adjusted the white balance and the colors a touch. I'll try out what you suggested and see what it's like.
