well, the reason i have a cardboard mailbox is because this past summer my mailbox got blown up twice in two days! so my mom and i decided to make a cardboard one and have a stakeout to catch the perps...but it failed and we never caught them

this is what the first mailbox looked like after the "attack"

the second one was a cheap plastic one that just shattered into a million pieces

but that cardboard one lasted quite a few days, even made it through a few rainstorms, but the mailman wouldnt deliver to it (pssh) so we had to get a "real" one and now we have the indestructible mail box
