quality mat-cutting machines?

i've decided to start cutting my own mats, as it will be much cheaper in the long run. i've priced a couple of mat cutting machines at hobby lobby, but was wondering if anyone had tips on them. i'm looking to spend no more than $200. thanks.

I have a Logan 650, but it was a bit more than $200. A lot depends on what thickness of mat you want to cut - I use 8-ply.

The Logan Compact 32 is OK for less than $100, and the 450 (link) is less than $200.

I also use a Logan system. Got the 60cm ruler and the mat cutter itself. But i learned today that a 100cm ruler would have been better.
