Question about enlarging

I was wondering if anyone had advice about enlarging a print. I have a 13x19 digital print I made, I was trying to enlarge it to somewhere in the 30x40 range, but the image has been selectively painted, so I didn't want to run it through a scanner. I had planned on renting an H1 with a 22 megapixel Leaf back and just copy stand the image. If anyone has any ideas please let me know.

Not much of a suggestion other than you may not need to rent something as heavy duty. I've gotten great 20x30 prints from a 6mp dslr, and so you may be able to get 30x40 with something like that

Well back in the old times offset printers used large format coping camera all the time. They must still be around for making posters of artwork. But, if there were none in your area setting up a copy stand would be your best option.​

I originally shot it with a Nikon D1x, because that is the camera I own, In the future if we were to continue this series hopefully I will have the money to rent the H1. Oh I just wanted to thank everyone for their advice.
