Question about Used camera purchase

I found this post on craigslist. Assuming its not a scam does this lookk like a worth while deal for a begginner to photography?

EOS Rebel Body ($100)
28 - 80 AF Zoom Lens ($100)
75-210 Kodak AF Super Zoom Lens ($140)
6 rolls of film ($20)
Tiffen UV Lens ($30)
Carrying Bag ($35)
Large lens hood/ glare guard
Manuals, strap etc.

He is selling all of it for 110 dollars.

If it's $100 for the whole kit, sure- go for it.

If he wants the price for each item then no. Check ebay for an idea of the going rate for these items.

Is it decent equipment. Something a begginner can figure out but also offer some creative room?

The camera is good entry level body, so you are good there. The Canon lens is adequate but I don't know about the other one.

For $100, sounds like a good deal to me. You can add a 50mm F1.8 lens for less than $100, which would be a good combo.
