Question about using the Olympus TG-2 camera.

Since I am new here I thought I would ask this in the beginner forum, till I know my way around. I have the TG-2 camera, but cannot figure out how to change the shutter speed. I can change the ISO, and it seems I may be able to change the aperture, but the instructions say nothing about changing the shutter speed, and it seems all automatic. Is it?

Also, I want to do outdoor shots that have the same daylight as in movies like this scene from Drive:



The camera does not have a manual option for dialing in color temperature, so I would have to white balance off a card of course, but what card would I need to get this daylight color?
