The photo taker said that these photos were edited by photoshop? is it true? if so, what feature in the photoshop could set the colors like these photos? Thanks

that SURE is Photoshopped. there's no way you can get these colors naturally.
I'd say there's some hue modifications going on, some extra saturation/luminosity... some softening too. the one who made these did a great job, i think.
though, i always prefer the natural look.
