Took me a minute to understand the abbreviation "RC" but then my son saw the antennae on the roofs of the little cars and said "remote control" the moment I said so too.

Fun pics. I don't think I'd have got any of them in focus!
Is it grown men playing with these, and is there any money involved, bets and all that?

Drivers at our club range in age from our oldest at 40+ to the youngest at 11 years and can be male or female!

Theres no money involved though. We do hold championships with trophies as prizes though.

those are very cool. how fast do the cars go?

The class I race in get up to about 30 mph and the modified class cars can get up to around 40-45 mph!
